Seminar: Amendments to the UG and HG in the context of the recognition of competencies (with a focus on non-formal and informally acquired competencies)

This seminar will present and explain the legal framework for the recognition of competencies established by the amendments to the University Act (UG) and the Higher Education Act (HG). In addition to the recognition of formally acquired competencies (particularly the principles of the Lisbon Recognition Convention), the seminar will focus on the new provisions for the validation of learning outcomes from vocational and non-vocational qualifications.
