Andreas Breinbauer

Andreas Breinbauer ist seit 2011 Rektor und  verantwortlich für  F&E an der Fachhochhochschule des BFI Wien, wo er auch seit 2002 die Logistikstudiengänge (Bachelor- und Master) aufgebaut hat. Aktuell leitet er den Masterstudiengang „Logistik und Strategisches Management“. Außerdem ist er Vizepräsident der österreichischen Fachhochschulkonferenz (FHK) und Leiter des Ausschusses Lehre in der FHK. Neben Logistik und Supply Chain Management beschäftigt er sich wissenschaftlich mit Hochschulrecht (FHG),  Hochschuldidaktik und Hochschulmanagement, wobei die Fragen zur Künstlichen Intelligenz ein Schwerpunkt in diesem Kontext sind.

Stephan De Pasqualin

Stephan De Pasqualin ist Rechtswissenschafter und seit 2012 im BMFWF tätig. Dort betreute er zunächst die Universitäten WU Wien und die Universität für Bodenkultur Wien (BOKU University), sowie die Themen Wissensbilanzen und Entwicklungspläne. 2020 folgte der Wechsel in die für die Themen Internationalisierung, Mobilität, Erasmus+ und Europäischer Hochschulraum zuständige Abteilung, deren stellvertretender Abteilungsleiter er seit 2021 ist. De Pasqualin ist Co-Vorsitzender der nationalen Bologna Follow-up Gruppe und österreichischer Delegierter in der europäischen Bologna Follow-up-Gruppe.

Diana Gross 

Diana Gross is a professor at the language department as well as Erasmuscoordinator at PPH Augustinum in Graz (Austria) . She is a teacher trainer for German as a foreign language, French as a foreign language and multicultural teaching scenarios.  Since 2016 she has been working with eTwinning and in 2019, she got an etwinning ambassador. At PPH Augustinum she started working with eTwinning in 2021. She creates and participates in eTwinning projects that promote interculturality and plurilingualism through internationalisation @ home.

Anita Konrad

Mag.a Anita Konrad ist seit 2024 Mitarbeiterin der Stabsstelle Hochschulentwicklung und Qualitätsbeauftragte an der Pädagogischen Hochschule Tirol. Zuvor war sie über mehrere Jahre im Projektmanagement sowie an der PH Tirol im Bereich Erasmus+ und internationale Mobilität tätig. Im 2026 erschienenen Sammelband Qualitätsmanagement und Organisationsentwicklung an Pädagogischen Hochschulen in Österreich. Good Practices – Erfahrungen und Herausforderungen (facultas) ist sie mit dem Beitrag „Ein QM für eine ‚andere‘ Logik. Ansätze, Modelle und Perspektiven auf Qualitätsmanagement an Pädagogischen Hochschulen“ vertreten.

Agnes Kriz

Agnes Kriz is Head of the International Office at University of Applied Sciences Technikum Wien and leads the institution’s Bologna Process implementation. She serves on the International Board of the Association of Austrian Universities of Applied Sciences and was nominated as an Austrian national expert to the European Higher Education Area (2022–2024), contributing to the Bologna Follow-Up Group with expertise in internationalization and the UAS sector. Recently, she was a member of the Advisory Group revising the ECTS User’s Guide (2027).

Alexandra Laschkolnig

Alexandra Laschkolnig is an evaluation specialist at the St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences (Austria), where she has been working since 2013. She is responsible for evaluation activities at the Centre for Higher Education Development and Quality Management, with a focus on institutional development, quality assurance and impact-oriented assessment. She holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Vienna and has a background in empirical social research. From 2012 to 2013, she worked as a tutor in empirical social research at the University of Vienna. In addition to her evaluation work, she taught Scientific Writing in the Department of Media and Digital Technologies (2023–2025). Since 2025, she has been enrolled in a doctoral programme at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Her work includes involvement in the E³UDRES² Regional Engagement Assessment.

Matida Freda Marful

A self-motivated and progress driven Quality Management professional (Certified Quality Auditor) with an extensive background in frugal innovations and Sustainability programmes management. With over 15-years working experience in the German Automobile, as well as extensive engagement in Community projects, I have gained detailed knowledge and experience in managing new strategies, interventions and programmes that enhance frugal Quality Management Systems at the Bottom-of-the-Pyramid as well as empower them to achieve sustainable livelihoods. Through intentional upgrading in higher education, I’m now a doctoral researcher majoring on: QMS, Frugal Innovation, Bottom of the Pyramid with System Dynamics as a binding factor.

Elisabeth Froschauer-Neuhauser 

Elisabeth Froschauer-Neuhauser has been Head of the Department Quality Assurance and Institutional Research at the FH Technikum Wien since March 2025. Previously, she worked for many years as a project coordinator at the AQ Austria. There, she was responsible for national and international audit, accreditation, and evaluation procedures in higher education. Her areas of expertise include external quality assurance and the development of institutional quality management systems. She has a strong focus on international cooperation and its quality assurance and also contributed to international working groups on quality assurance in research. She holds a PhD in Genetics from the University of Vienna.

Attila Pausits

Dr. Attila Pausits ist Universitätsprofessor und Leiter des Departments für Hochschulforschung an der Universität für Weiterbildung Krems. Er ist Koordinator des Erasmus Mundus Master Programm „Research and Innovation in Higher Education, MARIHE“ und Sprecher des Netzwerks Hochschulforschung Österreich. Zudem ist er Vorsitzender des Editorial Boards der Zeitschrift für Hochschulentwicklung, zfhe. In seiner Forschung- und Beratungstätigkeit beschäftigt er sich mit Hochschulgovernance, Organisationsentwicklung und Professionsforschung, der Third Mission und dem lebenslangen Lernen. Er hat zahlreiche nationale und europäische Projekte geleitet und berät unter anderem Hochschulen, Qualitätssicherungsagenturen, Ministerien und die Europäische Kommission zu Fragen der Hochschulentwicklung und Qualitätssicherung.

Eberhard Raithelhuber

Dr. Eberhard Raithelhuber is a social scientist based in social pedagogy and social work. He has published on child and youth care, social support and intervention, social mentoring, disadvantaged social groups and social exclusion, youth and young adults, transitions in the life course, regional development and networks, mobilities, refugees, social policy, citizenship and democracy, transnationalism and migration, and agency. Dr. Raithelhuber has rich experience in student-centered teaching and community-engaged research and practice, including at an international level, for which he frequently collaborates with social partners. In September 2021, he joined Bertha von Suttner Private University, Austria, as Professor for Social Intervention and Transformation, where he also serves as Member of the Senate (2022-2028).

Elena Revyakina

Elena Revyakina has a PhD in Education from University College Dublin, Ireland. She is a teacher educator at University College of Teacher Education Vienna (PHW). Since 2019, she has been working on a number of international projects in the PHW. These include three Erasmus + Teacher Academy Projects: Teacher Academy Project – Teaching Sustainability (TAP-TS), and Teacher Academy Approaches for Creative Inclusive Classroom, and just started Teacher Academy Project – Democratic Citizenship Education.

Giuliana Sabbatini

Leiterin Hochschulentwicklung und Qualitätsmanagement an der USTP – University of Applied Sciences St. Pölten. Mit langjähriger Erfahrung in der Unternehmens- und Hochschulberatung sowie in der akademischen Forschungsorganisation, seit 2022 an der USTP in Hochschulentwicklung und -innovation, strategischer Entwicklung und Qualitätsmanagement tätig. Erfahrung im internationalen Qualitätsmanagement, sowohl im Auftrag der Europäischen Kommission bzgl. Forschungskarrieren als auch mit der AAQ Schweiz, und in ENQA/EQAR Verfahren.

Evamaria Schlattau

Evamaria Schlattau ist seit 2003 in unterschiedlichen Funktionen an der Fachhochschule des BFI Wien tätig. Seit 2015 leitet Sie die Abteilung Qualitätsmanagement und Hochschulentwicklung, ist zertifizierte Senior Prozessmanagerin und zertifizierte Systemmanagerin Qualität. Seit 2017 übt sie die Rolle der stellvertretenden Geschäftsführerin aus.  Ihre Kernbereiche sind die Begleitung der Entwicklung von Studienprogrammen, Akkreditierungen und Zertifizierungen auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene, Fragen des FHG und Hochschulrechts, Strategiearbeit sowie die Tätigkeit als Erhaltervertreterin im Zusammenspiel mit dem Kollegium der Fachhochschule.

Edita Struplova

Edita Struplova is a member of the Higher Education Development and Quality Assurance team at the St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences (Austria). She has been actively involved in the European University Alliance E³UDRES², including three years in the core team at USTP, and currently contributes to working groups on the Future University, Quality Assurance, and strategic development. In addition to her institutional role, she is engaged in teaching as an external lecturer at Hochschule Burgenland. She holds an academic background in Political Science and European Studies. Her professional interests focus on higher education development, quality assurance, and European cooperation in higher education.

Katalin Szondy

Dr. Katalin Szondy arbeitet an der FHWien der WKW als Head of Quality Management und verfügt über langjährige Erfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung von Studienprogrammen, sowohl im Regelstudienbereich als auch in der wissenschaftlichen Weiterbildung. Aufgrund ihrer ausgezeichneten Kenntnisse des Europäischen Hochschulraums (EHR) ist sie langjähriges Mitglied der österreichischen nationalen Bologna Follow-up Group. Ihr Forschungsinteressse richtet sich auf die Entwicklungen im EHR, mit besonderem Fokus auf die European Universities Initiative.

Petra Szucsich

Petra Szucsich is a teacher educator at the University College of Teacher Education Vienna (PH Wien), within the Competence Center for STEM and Digitality. With extensive experience in international collaboration, her current research focuses on the integration of digital tools in the classroom. Her expertise spans didactic design, blended learning, and artificial intelligence, with a particular interest in the intersection of digitality and sustainability. Her international projects include two Erasmus + Teacher Academy Projects: Teacher Academy Project – Teaching Sustainability (TAP-TS), and Teacher Academy Project – Democratic Citizenship Education (TAP-DCE). 

Beate Treml

Beate Treml has been working at the OeAD – Austria’s Agency for Education and Internationalisation – since May 2019, where she supports Austrian higher education institutions in implementing EHEA policies. Since June 2024, she has led the Bologna Service Point team. From July 2017 to June 2025, she was a member of the Register Committee of the European Quality Assurance Register for Higher Education (EQAR), serving as the Committee’s Vice-Chair from November 2019. In addition, she has been active since 2014 as an independent consultant on higher education policy and as a trainer in capacity-building activities in Austria and internationally.

Leopold Kögler-Vencour

Programmentwicklung und Fachverantwortlicher International Relations an der USTP – University of Applied Sciences St. Pölten. Nach Diplomstudium in Geschichte an der Universität Wien, war er dort von 2005 bis 2018 Administrative Coordinator eines Erasmus Mundus Programms. Parallel dazu von 2008 bis 2019 Administrative Director von zwei Study Abroad Programmen der University of Chicago in Wien. Seit 2023 als Experte für Programmentwicklung an der USTP mit Schwerpunkt auf internationalen und Joint Programmen, und seit 2024 Fachverantwortlicher für International Relations.

Julia Warmuth 

Julia Warmuth ist Soziologin. Nach ihrer Promotion war sie im Bereich Curriculums- und Studiengangsentwicklung an einer österr. Fachhochschule tätig, bevor sie an den OeAD wechselte. In ihrer Funktion als Teamleiterin „Bologna-Prozess und Analyse“ arbeitet sie zu Themen der Internationalisierung im Hochschulsektor. Ihr Tätigkeitsfeld umfasst unter anderem die Koordination des Internationalisation Award sowie die Konzeption und Auswertung von Analysen und Befragungen.

Sina Westa

Dr. Sina Westa ist Senior Scientist am Zentrum für Hochschulgovernance, Department für Hochschulforschung, an der Universität für Weiterbildung Krems. Sie ist Academic Director des Erasmus‑Mundus‑Joint‑Masterstudiengangs MARIHE (Master in Research and Innovation in Higher Education). Ihre Forschungsschwerpunkte liegen auf akademischen Werten, der Internationalisierung der Hochschulbildung sowie der Hochschulgovernance.

Zsuzsanna Zarka

Zsuzsanna Zarka is a higher education expert specializing in quality assurance & enhancement, curriculum development, and micro-credentials. Joining 3s Unternehmensberatung in 2023, she has been working on European-funded projects on education and labour market systems. Prior to joining 3s, Zsuzsanna was the administrative lead of an institutional quality review, led the development of industry-aligned, skills-focused postgraduate micro-credentials at Maynooth University (IE) and represented the institution on a sector-wide micro-credentials project (IUA MicroCreds).
